Team and workspaces
Invitations, roles, seats and several workspaces.
Roles
The owner and administrators manage the team, domains, API keys and billing. An editor creates, changes and imports links. A viewer sees links and statistics but changes nothing. Permissions are checked on the server, including for API keys.
Invitations
An administrator invites by email; the message with the link is valid for 7 days. The invitation can only be accepted when logged in with the same address. The number of seats is limited by the plan.
Several workspaces
The account owner can create separate workspaces — for example for different brands. Each has its own links, domains and team, while the plan is shared. The switcher is in the header.
Moving links
Links can be moved to another workspace of the same account with a bulk action; their statistics move with them.
