Links
Short names, tags, notes, password, expiry, visit limit, trash, import and export.
Short name and domain
A short name is 4 to 32 Latin letters, digits, hyphens and underscores. If you connected your own domain, choose it in the “Domain” field: each domain has its own names.
Tags and notes
Up to 10 tags per link help group campaigns; the list can be filtered by tag, and search finds links by tags and notes. A note is visible only to the team.
Password, expiry, limit
A password link first shows a password page; after the right password the browser remembers it for 12 hours.
Expiry and the visit limit switch the link off automatically. Set “Where to send visitors afterwards” so that they land on a useful page instead of an error message.
Trash
A deleted link goes to the trash and stops opening. You can restore it within 30 days; then it is deleted permanently and the short name becomes free again.
Bulk actions
Tick links in the list and choose an action: add or remove tags, move to another workspace of your account, delete or restore. Up to 500 links at a time.
Import and export
On the Pro and Business plans you can upload a CSV or Excel file: the report shows the result for every row, and “check only” creates nothing. Export the list to CSV or Excel with the buttons above the list.
