__Host-urly_session
The session after you log in. Set only at login and deleted at logout. Valid for up to 30 days and expires after 7 days of inactivity. Protected with the HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax flags.
__Host-urly_csrf
A random value that protects forms against request forgery (CSRF). Kept for up to 30 days and contains no personal data.
urly_lang
The chosen interface language (ru, uz or en). Kept for up to one year.
Short links
Visiting a short link without pixels neither sets nor reads cookies. URLY itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Links with pixels: consent first
If the link owner added retargeting pixels, a consent page names the services before anything loads. Nothing is loaded if the visitor declines, has JavaScript disabled, or sends Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Whether this approach meets Uzbek law is being checked by a lawyer (L-03, L-28).

Set only if the visitor ticks “Remember my choice” on a consent page: the value 1 (allowed) or 0 (declined) for that set of pixels. Kept for 180 days, contains no identifier. Necessary to respect the choice.
Vendor cookies (only after “Allow”)
After the visitor allows trackers, the vendors set their own cookies under their own policies, for example _fbp and _fbc (Meta), _ga and _gcl_au (Google), _ttp (TikTok), _ym_uid and _ym_d (Yandex Metrica), li_fat_id (LinkedIn) and VK Ads cookies. Their list and lifetimes are set by the vendors; links to their policies are on the consent page.
